Impasug-ong Communal Ranch

Located in Impasug-ong, Bukidnon
Owned and managed by the Municipal Government of Impasug-ong, the Communal Ranch is used as a cattle-grazing and roaming area for cattle owners who do not have space of their own. The cattle are housed in a stable, fed a proper diet, brought out for grazing, and brought back in at night and when the weather is bad. If the animal is a cow (female) and is bred while living at the ranch, the owner gets to keep all the offspring it produces as well. All the staff are employed by the municipality and the livestock owners have nothing to worry about except to continue paying their rent for as long as they want to keep the animals there.

Trivia: Many of the location shots of the movie Love Me Again by Star Cinema, released in January 2009, were made at this Communal Ranch. The movie starred Angel Locsin, Piolo Pascual, Ricky Davao, Erich Gonzales, John Manalo and Nash Aguas and was directed by award-winning director Rory Quintos. Filming took 34 days, and the cast and crew, along with the local coordinators, caterers and transportation were billeted in Malaybalay City.
